Payment

We like to make it as easy as paying for gas.
With a heat meter on your boiler (please get your installer to include one), we can bill according to how much heat you have used; this avoids the pricing complications of moisture content in the fuel. Alternatively, we can charge by the tonne or cubic meter as required.

Delivery

We can deliver unsupervised to your store, to keep it full. Since we have our own delivery lorry, we can deliver according to your needs.
Winter deliveries tend to establish a regular cycle, which could be every ten days.

Great service

We have two depots with woodchip ready to deliver to your boiler. We will deliver to all Gloucestershire and beyond. As demands increase we expect to establish more depots so you will be within 20 miles of your nearest supply.

We encourage prospective customers to talk to us as early as possible in their design stages, so we can advise on suitable storage options and forward plan our chipping operations. We will use our knowledge and experience to help you through the early phases.
